Strategic Planning

Strategic planning days feel good, equally exciting as they are a forum to air pain points.

However, these often one day sessions end up in a notebook or maybe a very long document that has you motivated for a day, maybe a week. That notebook gathers dust, gets to the bottom of a pile of competing priorities. Suddenly a year has passed, have we actioned anything from that session? This can be cyclical and a road that maybe contributed to growth, or maybe lead to nowhere.

The hpc. Method

Part 1 — The Session

Therapeutic, thought provoking session, filled with sharing of ideas, dreams and a big moment for exploring solutions to your challenges.

Part 2 — The Business Plan

A simple, interactive plan that is tangible. This plan will give you dopamine hits, many ticked boxes and is a sure step towards growth and success.

Part 3 — Keep things moving (with coffee)

We regroup a couple of times in the year. We tweak that plan where needed and keep things moving forward.
